We are excited to announce that we have a new four-year funding contract which will allow us to plan and develop with more certainty. This new contract informed our planning day, where our staff gathered to share ideas about how the service we provide can develop.

The end of the financial year also provided us with the opportunity to reflect on the results of our volunteer survey. We received positive responses from our volunteers which confirms how valuable their experience with us can be!

This month we also made a submission to ASIC on the ePayments code. We have seen an increase in callers seeking advice on scams recently, so we welcome the opportunity to advocate for stronger protections.
