CCLS collects and holds personal and sensitive information from clients for the purposes of monitoring and assessing services, and for statistical and funding purposes. CCLS follows the guidelines of the Australian Privacy Principles. Please note:

  • CCLS is required to provide some limited information to funding agencies for reporting and compliance purposes, whose use of it is governed by their own privacy policies to ensure individuals are not identified. Where CCLS is required to provide this information, it will provide this information in a de-identified or anonymised form.
  • CCLS may also use or disclose personal information to third parties if required to do so by law; or in emergencies where life, health or safety of any person is at risk.
  • CCLS records visits to this website and logs information for statistical purposes.
  • If you contact CCLS, we may store a record of that contact and enter any personal details or information you provide on CCLS’s databases. If you have provided CCLS with your email, CCLS will only use it to communicate with you and will not disclose it without consent.
