Leanne is currently the Sector Quality Development Manager within the dynamic group of the Financial Counsellors’ Association of Western Australia. She has held this position for the last 6 years and is very proud to be working together with Financial Counsellors and partnering sectors striving for awareness, solidarity and progressive change. As a National Training Manager she is active with the national peak Financial Counselling Association Forum to support the professional development of the Financial Counselling Sector.

Prior to this Leanne had 20 years years’ experience in the Banking and Finance Industry (Retail, Business, Rural & Regional), a career in the Property Development sector (with international sales) and she is a current business owner.
