Emma Milne- Chief Executive Officer

Emma Milne is an executive leader with over two decades of strategic and transformative experience across the public, private, and government sectors. Most recently, she served as Executive Governance and Strategy Lead and Acting CEO at the City of Cockburn, where she drove initiatives in organisational governance, risk management, and strategic alignment to elevate community outcomes. Emma has also held key roles as Director of Corporate Services at the Corruption and Crime Commission and Head of Governance and Standards at HSBC Bank Europe. Her leadership spans sectors from corporate real estate to local government, all underscored by a commitment to ethical governance, operational excellence, and inclusivity.

Emma holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business and a BA in Communication and Cultural Studies from Murdoch University. Known for her collaborative approach, she has led large-scale transformation projects, including in technology and human resources, as well as reshaping organisational structures to promote efficiency. Her commitment to public service and community impact has been demonstrated through innovative restructuring initiatives and leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Emma has presented at industry forums, bringing expertise in governance, organisational resilience, and financial integrity.
