Danielle is a strategic policy advisor with 20 years’ experience in the WA public sector. Achieving legislative review and reform in the public interest has been a key focus across her career, particularly in the Treasury and Consumer Protection portfolios, and in her current role in the Department of Communities.
Danielle has designed and led significant change initiatives within and across Government and industries, to further the economic and social good of the people and communities of the State. She loves to inspire staff through establishing an energizing culture, appropriately recognizing and mitigating risk, and creating and seizing opportunities.
Within the private sector Danielle has assisted senior consultants in economic research and analysis, stakeholder identification and engagement, the review of legislation and funding programs, and contract negotiation and management. She has also tutored economics at universities in NSW and WA.
Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts, with Honours in Economics.
