Garth is a senior lawyer with expertise in the areas of pro bono and social impact. His experience spans dedicated pro bono legal practice, the community legal sector, commercial legal practice and commercial in-house roles with major banks.
Garth is the Pro Bono and Social Impact Manager at a global law firm where he oversees the firm’s pro bono and social impact initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. He also has extensive experience as a board member, including serving on the board of a domestic violence caseworker community organisation as well as the world’s largest NGO focused on ending slavery and human trafficking.
Garth is an active member of the Law Society’s Access to Justice committee and is focused on utilising his expertise to improve access to justice and community impact. In recognition of his pro bono legal work, Garth has won Special Counsel of the Year at the Australian Law Awards.
