“Overall, being on secondment allowed me to develop my legal skills and gain a better understanding of the challenges faced by those vulnerable populations. I was able to work with a diverse range of clients and address a range of legal issues, which helped me to grow both personally and professionally. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such incredible people, all who have dedicated themselves to enhance justice to all.”
"Working as a secondee with Consumer Credit Legal Service was an absolute pleasure. Their exceptional professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction truly set them apart. The collaborative culture and emphasis on teamwork meant that I was provided the opportunity to take part in a variety of work. Consumer Credit Legal Service truly appreciates its employees, making it an exceptional place to gain work experience."
Going into my secondment at CCLS, I knew very little about consumer and credit law. By drafting advices and speaking with both my colleagues and clients, I learnt a lot about the requirements providers of goods and services must comply with. This knowledge will prove not only very practical in the course of my career, but also in my everyday life as a consumer.
