Consumer Credit Legal Service (WA) and seven other consumer advocacy organisations contributed to a Joint Submission to the Ramsay EDR Review. The submission addressed the benefits of an enhanced External Dispute Resolution system, including:

  • Greater accessibility and faster dispute resolution
  • Flexibility in resolving disputes
  • The ability to resolve consumer problems and complaints
