On Friday 15 December 2017, former CCLSWA volunteer and Legal Admin Assistant Milica Jankovic was admitted as a lawyer and officer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Milica Joined CCLSWA in 2016 as an undergraduate volunteer while completing her studies at Notre Dame University. Upon graduation Milica was accepted into the Piddington Justice Project and completed her Practical Legal Training with CCLSWA.

In 2017 Milica joined the team at CCLSWA by becoming our Legal Administrative Assistant. Milica left CCLSWA in October to take up a graduate role at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Milica’s admission was moved by CCLSWA Managing Solicitor Gemma Mitchell. Congratulations Milica and welcome to the profession!

CCLSWA would also like to thank Women Lawyers of Western Australia – Inc. who were able to loan perfectly fitted robes to Gemma for the occasion.
