Radio Show: Heritage FM

CCLSWA Principal Solicitors are regular guests on the James Wray Show, In Your Neighborhood broadcast on the Perth based radio station Heritage FM 107.3.

Principal Solicitor Faith Cheok discussed National Credit Law and Australian Consumer Law but more specifically, how it affected the community. The segment focused on explaining the law in practical steps on how the everyday person can be money smart; and financially savvy in regard to any contracts they sign up for.

In Faith’s pragmatic explanations of the law, she gave examples of situations that CCLSWA regularly advises on and how to best deal with that particular situation. Whether it be: what to do in a case of financial hardship; or how to go about buying a car.

Current Principal Solicitor Gemma Mitchell will be continuing monthly appearances on the James Wray Show. The insightful segment airs monthly, every second Saturday at 11:15am. Please tune in!
