CCLSWA collects and holds personal and sensitive information from clients for the purposes of monitoring and assessing services, and for statistical and funding purposes. CCLSWA follows the guidelines of the Australian Privacy Principles.

CCLSWA is required to provide some limited information to funding agencies for reporting and compliance purposes, whose use of it is governed by their own privacy policies to ensure individuals are not identified. Where CCLSWA is required to provide this information, it will provide this information in a de-identified or anonymised form.
CCLSWA may also use or disclose personal information to third parties if required to do so by law; or in emergencies where life, health or safety of any person is at risk.
CCLSWA records visits to this website and logs information for statistical purposes.
