Fiona Guthrie, head of Financial Counselling Australia, visited CCLSWA after the end of an annual conference hosted by the Financial Counsellors’ Association of Western Australia. This year the conference theme was “Neither Love Nor Money: Breaking the Silence.” Discussion revolved around financial issues that commonly accompany cases of domestic violence and the role of financial counsellors in providing support to people affected by those issues.
