Consumer Credit Legal Service made submissions to the Australian Law Reform Commission’s current inquiry, ‘Protecting the Rights of Older Australians from Abuse’. The submissions gave evidence of elderly abuse encountered by our clients, and suggested improvements to legal frameworks in order to help safeguard against elder abuse.
